BRITISH GOVERNMENT COMPLICIT IN METHODS
REMINISCENT OF NAZI PERSECUTIONS

As reported in The Sunday Telegraph, London on 10th December 2006 a British company operating legally under both British and European law and with the approval for its products by both the British and European food standards authorities has been destroyed by the purel political machinations of the European Commission in Brussels. In true fascist style the rule of law has been usurped by a political cabal. We therefore thought it appropriate to print the headings in this piece in brown!

This website proved long ago that the European Union was no more nor less than the institutionalising of the resurgence of European Fascism but this case has brought together, in the persecution of one food company ALL the characteristics of how a fascist state operates. Jews will recognise the methods better than most for these same methods were used to characterise, isolate and legally persecute through arbitrary law their own people in Nazi Germany.

In June 2006 a British company called Bowland in Lancashire producing cheese was inspected by the European Commission's Food and Veterinary Office (FVO) and was issued with a "rapid alert notice" claiming it had broken rules on anti-biotic residues.
Later the same month the British Food Standard's Authority inspected the plant and strongly disagreed and allowed the company to continue production, confirming that the company products were fit for market.

On July 4th the European Commission repeated its claim and the UK's food authority again asserted there was no evidence of any contamination. The UK's FSA issued a notice to all EU member states that Bowland's cheese was safe - but the EU Commission added its own contrary (political and illegal) comments to that notice!

POLITICAL MALICE

At this point, in good old fashioned fascist style there began to circulate vicious black propaganda suggesting that the cheese was contaminated with cleaning fluid and sweepings from the floor! (We need only to ask cui bono? to guess the source!) The company then took the EU Commission to the European Court of Justice - not really a court by any normal measure of the rule of law but regarded by the EU as the fount of all wisdom because of its devotion to euro-federalism! but on this occasion the result was surprisingly law-based!

EUROPEAN COURT CONDEMNS EU COMMISSION

The European Court found the company innocent. Judge Bo Versterdorf ordered the withdrawal of the Commission's notice and its comments about the company. Twice the obnoxious EU refused to follow the order of the court. The Judge was then forced to order the EU Commission to "stand aside".

COMMISSION TRIES TO DOCTOR COURT DECISION

The Commission then tried to add a statement to the Court's order claiming that their case had only lost on a technicality. The Judge ordered the removal of that statement.

EU GOT POLITICAL VOTE TO OVERTURN LEGAL PROCESS

Then the Commission's own inspectors, the FVO, returned to the company and after a long inspection could find little wrong. But the Commission then asked its standing committee to approve a commission decision banning Bowland from trading. (democracy and the rule of law are always destroyed by corporatist committees and bureaucrats working independently in the service of the state and against the people).

MANIPULATED EVIDENCE - AGAINST NON JUDEX IN RE SUA

The 25 committee members present were not shown the court's judgment or any technical evidence, other than a defence of the new procedure for testing antibiotic residues - from the firm which had devised it. Twenty two countries voted for a total ban, with Britain abstaining (showing either the collaboration of Blair's Britain or scrupulous integrity - you choose!).

POLITICAL THREAT OF BUREAUCRATIC PERSECUTION

The commission announced that it would seek to have the UK food safety authorities fined for failing to protect consumers against contaminated milk (despite the court ruling and the lack of any evidence of contamination). Furthermore Britain was warned that the FVO was about to carry out a full audit of Britain's £5-billion-a-year cheese industry.

FASCIST LAW - ONLY ONE AIM, ONE VICTIM

Despite the FSA's solid support of Bowland and its insistence that no rules had been broken, the Department of Health bowed to the commission's diktat. On October 16 it passed a statutory instrument (the most un-parliamentary and anti-democratic method of law making), the Curd Cheese (Restriction on Placing on the Market) Regulations 2006, to take immediate effect. Section 3 read "No person shall place on the market any curd cheese manufactured by Bowland Dairy Products Limited".

Never before, it is believed, has a statutory instrument (itself one of the most anti democratic methods of law making since it does not involve Parliament) been issued in Britain directed at closing down a single named company (breaching the ancient principle of British law that "the law must be blind", i.e. it must be general in application, not directed at any specific individual or body).

The company has now ceased to exist with loss of hundreds of jobs. Well that is a small price to pay for our subservience to the new glorious fascist state in Brussels to which our supine politicians bow down every day of their petty - and totally irrelevant - little lives.
